Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your handcrafted Holly Yashi jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place your jewelry in its original designer packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
